Privacy & Data Policy

Any files, documents, data, images, prompts, or other materials you upload to Microsites remain your intellectual property. We do not claim ownership rights over the content you provide. The microsites generated from your content are yours to use, publish, share, and distribute.

Microsites may collect account contact information, identifiers, optional push notification device tokens, uploaded documents and images, prompts, generated microsites, form submissions, content reports, subscription status, usage events, and support requests as needed to provide and improve the service.

Your uploaded files and related content are processed to generate, edit, publish, and manage microsites on your behalf. Specifically, we may:

• Extract content from your documents to power AI generation
• Send the prompts and selected file content needed for your requested AI action through Vercel AI Gateway to model providers including Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, Moonshot AI, and Z.ai
• Send a brand-research query to Perplexity when you request that feature
• Store files, generated output, and editing history for your account
• Process subscription, billing, support, and service notifications
• Analyze aggregate usage to maintain reliability and improve product quality

The iOS app asks for your explicit permission before its first AI-backed creation or edit. You can decline and continue using non-AI features, or withdraw permission later in Settings; the app will ask again before another AI action.

Microsites does not sell your content or use it to develop or train models owned by Microsites. Third-party AI providers process content needed for a requested AI action under the data-use and retention terms applicable to the selected provider and model.

Microsites are generated using AI. Generated layouts, copy, and designs are provided to you without restriction, subject to your responsibility to review the result before publishing or sharing it.

We share data only with service providers that help operate Microsites, such as authentication, hosting, storage, email delivery, analytics, payment processing, and customer support providers. For an AI action you request, the relevant prompt and selected document content are transmitted through Vercel AI Gateway and may be processed by providers including Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, Moonshot AI, or Z.ai to generate the requested result. Brand-research queries may be processed directly by Perplexity when you request that feature. The processor used can vary by feature and selected model.

We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect the security and integrity of the service.

We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect your data:

• Data is encrypted in transit and at rest where supported
• Files are stored in secure cloud storage
• Industry-standard authentication protects account access
• Published microsites run in isolated environments
• Access to customer content is limited to service operation and requested support

You may delete projects, uploads, and microsites through the dashboard. When content is deleted, associated records and files are removed from active systems according to our operational deletion process. If you delete your account, associated account data is purged within 30 days unless retention is required for legal, security, billing, or backup purposes.

Access to Microsites may be provided through subscription plans. If your subscription ends, published microsites may be made private, generation of new microsites may require an active subscription, and retained project data may be limited according to your plan and account status.
